Waldorf Astoria Berlin Hotel

We were amazed by the stunning design and elegance of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with a wide variety of delicious options. We particularly loved the beautiful aesthetics and cleanliness of our room. Despite minor pre-visit communication issues, the front desk staff was helpful in accommodating our request for rooms on the same floor. The location of the hotel was convenient for shopping in Berlin. we highly recommend this hotel for its classy atmosphere and excellent service.

This hotel offers a luxurious experience, exceeding all expectations. the service is exceptional, with thoughtful touches including personalized amenities in the room. the Spa & wellness centre is a haven of relaxation, with experienced professionals and a wide range of treatments. the indoor swimming pool is impeccably clean and crystal clear, perfect for an early morning swim. the sauna is spacious, and the Jacuzzi is the perfect place to soothe away any tension. the library offers a peaceful retreat, and the sun terrace is a perfect spot to enjoy stunning views of the city.

The only minor issue was that the room walls were not soundproof, so there was some noise from the hallway. this was only a minor inconvenience and did not detract from the overall luxurious experience.

I recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria and had a wonderful experience. The staff was courteous and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The breakfast options were diverse and of excellent quality. As a Diamond Member, I had complimentary access to the pool and sauna which added to the overall relaxation of my stay. The "library lounge" was a great place to unwind and enjoy a drink with friends or colleagues.

Spacious, comfortable rooms with great views. Exceptional staff who were accommodating and friendly. Excellent service from concierge to room service. Convenient location.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with a spacious and cozy room that had an amazing view over the city. The hotel facilities were exceptional, especially the library on level 15 where we enjoyed spending time with our kids playing chess. The staff was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. In terms of location, it couldn't have been better. This hotel was very close to the train station and in a nice area near the zoo, allowing us easy access to transportation and everything this city had to offer.

We stayed in a spacious room with high ceilings, offering a marvelous view of the city. The location was perfect, right on a metro line and in a great area in West Berlin. The staff at the rooftop terrace bar made us feel like family and the homemade lemonade was refreshing. The spa facilities, including the pool and hot tub, were a great way to relax.

The internet charges were very high.

We stayed in a hotel located in the famous shopping district of the city, which was perfect for our shopping spree. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the concierge service. Additionally, the breakfast had a good variety of food options to choose from, ensuring we started our day off right.

We were disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in some areas of the room, such as dust on the table tops and sticky stains on the desk mat.
